Outside the résumé

Projects and tinkering.

Home builds, a league tracker, and youth goalie consulting. Not client offerings.

Home

The work is the point.

Basement remodel, shed, patio, and deck. Planned, sequenced, and built. The photos are the record of showing up until the job is done. My dad was a bricklayer. He once said a lot of people know what hard work is; not a lot of people know how to do it. That is the work ethic I keep.

Gray shed with white garage door and trim, finished in the woods — Shed

Pavers laid for the patio next to the house — Patio

2026 NHL Stanley Cuphead Fantasy League Tracker.

A Google Sheet I built for a playoff league. It is a side project and a passion I invested in, not a product for sale.

Standings view from the Stanley Cuphead tracker — Team stats view. Points, games played, and rank.

Feature list from the Stanley Cuphead draft and scoring workbook — Draft board, replacements, rules, schedules, and dues.

Draft board with on clock, on deck, in the hole, last pick, and elapsed time.
Replacement picks: end-date the old player, set a start date, keep the original spelling.
Standings with points by round, forward / defense / goalie splits, and games played.
Rule book and a comparison of capped replacements versus roster refills.
Today’s games, playoff and regular-season schedules, and box scores.
Dues and overtime-challenge tracking, plus a graph view.

The sheet is fed by Google Apps Script that calls the NHL API on a schedule, writes completed games, and keeps the standings current without manual entry.

Google Apps Script that fetches NHL schedule data and writes completed games — Apps Script that pulls the NHL schedule and writes completed games.

Youth goalie consulting

Coaching, mentoring, training, and evaluating since 2009.

Played goal at Augsburg and in juniors. Since 2009 I have coached, mentored, trained, and evaluated youth hockey goalies around the west metro. Instruction is with Attitude Goaltending, a Minnesota school led by Pete Samargia. Youth clinics, small groups, and private lessons. AAA training is on their site.
